It`s noodles galore at this busy Hong Kong-style joint with an open kitchen and a dining room dominated by a frozen fountain of light green iridescent glass. Dim sum abounds, and there`s watch-your-waistline spa food made with no oil, cornstarch, sugar, or soy sauce. Wonton soup (with several variations) can be ordered as a whole meal, and there are lots of Cantonese specialties. A four-course early-bird special is offered for the price of one entree between 4:30 and 6:30.
